Literally meaning “steamed bun”, it is the Philippine version of the Cantonese steamed bun called cha siu bao. It is a type of dumpling with sweet pork filling.

Storage Instructions
Defrost thoroughly for 4-5 hours in a cool place or in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours before serving. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
If food has thawed, do not refreeze
To Reheat
Steaming Place frozen buns into a lightly oiled steamer, cover with kitchen roll and lid on top. Steam over boiling water for approximately 15 mins. Buns are cooked when meat inside is steaming hot.
Microwave Cook frozen on high for approximately 60 seconds. If defrosted, cook for 30 seconds approx.
